Eitan Livneh, President & CEO –- has served as President and CEO since August 2009. Prior to joining Magal, Mr. Livneh served from 2007-2009 as the President and CEO of Tadiran Telecom Ltd. From 2000-2007, Mr. Livneh served as the CEO of Elgo Irrigation Ltd. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Livneh served as General Manager at Packer Plada Ltd, Israeli largest steel manufacturer. Prior to joining Packer Plada, Mr. Livneh served as Vice President of Marketing and assistant to the President for Elisra Electronic Systems, a leading electronic warfare company. Mr. Livneh served for 12 years in the Israeli Navy, attaining the rank of Navy Commander (Lt. Col.). In 1989 Mr. Livneh was recognized by the Israeli Ministry of Defense with the country’s highest prize for excellence. Mr. Livneh has a B.A in Economics and Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University.
 

 Ilan Ovadia, Chief Finance Officer ( CFO) - joined the company in December 2009 and acts as the Senior Vice President, CFO and Corporate Secretary since March, 2010. Prior to joining Magal S3, Mr. Ovadia served for four years as Executive VP, CFO and VP of Human Resources at Haifa Chemicals Ltd.
From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Ovadia served as the CFO and VP of Operations of Elgo Irrigation Ltd. Mr. Ovadia served also as financial manager of Shapir Marine and Civil Engineering Ltd., an infrastructure and contracting company and as the financial manager of Hapach Metal Industries Ltd. an Israeli public company. Mr. Ovadia is a CPA and served as a Senior Portfolio Coordinator in Price Waterhouse Coopers. Mr. Ovadia has a BA in accounting and economics and an MBA (magna cum laude), both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
 

Hagai Katz,  Senior V.P Marketing & Business Development - has served as a corporate vice president - marketing products and business development since January 2009. Prior to joining our company and from 2007, Mr. Katz served as the chief executive officer of Transtech Airport Solutions Ltd. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Katz served as the chief executive officer of UAV Tactical Systems Ltd., based in the United Kingdom. Prior to that, Mr. Katz served in a number of leading technology companies, including NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE), where he served in various senior positions including chief operating officer and President of its video analytics division. Mr. Katz holds a B.A. degree in Computer Sciences from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a M.Sc. degree in Business Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. 
 

Asaf Even-Ezra, Senior V.P Global Sales -  has served as our senior vice president – worldwide sales since December 2008 Mr. Even-Ezra joined our company in 1995 and served as our vice president - Israel and West European sales and marketing from 1998 to July 2007 and as our executive vice president - sales and marketing from July 2007 to December 2008. Mr. Even-Ezra holds a B.A. degree and an M.B.A. degree in Business, both from the New York Institute of Technology. 
 

Yehonatan Ben-Hamozeg, Senior V.P Research, Development & Projects -  has served as our senior vice president – product development and projects since January 2009. Mr. Ben Hamozeg joined our company in December 2002 and served as our vice president - integrated systems development until January 2009. Before joining our company, Mr. Ben Hamozeg served in the IDF for 24 years and retired as a Colonel. Mr. Ben Hamozeg holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Statistics and an M.B.A. degree in Business Management, both from Haifa University.
