A typical turnkey project consists of the following phases:

• Studying and understanding customers requirements & conducting an environmental and site analysis
• Conducting a terrain survey
• Detailed planning that is focused and tailored around the command & control center (s)
• Implementation - purchasing, manufacturing, testing and installing
• Commissioning and training
• Post sales support

A turnkey solution may consist of all, or a subset of the following:

• Pre-intrusion detection systems, physical perimeter protection augmented by sensors, CCTV & IVA systems, gateway and entry monitoring, and verification and communication systems. At the core of any advanced solution is a Command & Control system. The C&C system provides real-time situation awareness based on 2D and 3D display, GIS (Geographic Information System) maps, video and other sensor displays along with a correlated and embedded checklist and processes that support effective response to any scenario. The C&C is augmented by strong storage and event logs in order to retrieve and execute an efficient post-event analysis and debriefing.
